The instruments and dash trim are all in tact. The speaker grille is in perfect condition; the radio delete plate has never been removed. The bright trim, ash tray, and glove box door are all straight with no dents. This dash is very complete, very nice, and you won't have to go on a parts hunt.

The nice thing about the interior is the factory '51 heater and the 4-knob heater and defroster control panel is all there. They are usually missing. The heater in this truck is the stock heater. Also note the cab still has its original cardboard firewall cover. You can see the original cups holding it in place. This is a good example of an undisturbed original interior.
The pictures below show how little rust is on this truck. Notice how good it is in the usual trouble spots...the ends of the running boards where they mount to the fenders, fender seams, the fenders themselves, and the cab corners, which are perfect. This was orignally a Montana truck, so I left the plate on it, showing it was last registered in 1963. Somebody parked it 47 years ago! The patina doesn't lie...there are no coverups on this truck; what you see is a real solid , honest truck with no hidden surprises. The edge of the passenger side running board can be straightened; it's a good solid board that can be fixed with heat, a dolly, and hammer. The wood in the bed is a little punky in one spot, but is servicable for use.
